What is Freeze-Drying?

At its core, freeze-drying is about preserving food in its most natural form. Instead of using heat like traditional drying methods, we gently freeze fresh fruits and vegetables and remove the moisture in a controlled vacuum environment.

Steps of process
  1. Selection of raw material
    Everything begins with choosing the right ingredients. We carefully select fresh, high-quality fruits and vegetables sourced directly from farms. Only produce at its best is used, because the final product can only be as good as what goes into it.

  2. Freezing
    Once selected, the produce is quickly frozen at very low temperatures. This step locks in the natural structure, flavor, and nutrients, preparing it for the next stage without damaging its quality.

  3. Vacuum Drying (Sublimation)
    This is where the magic happens. In a vacuum environment, the frozen water inside the food turns directly into vapor without becoming liquid. This gentle process removes moisture while preserving the food’s original form, texture, and nutritional value.

  4. Packing
    After drying, the products are carefully packed in moisture-proof and hygienic packaging. This ensures they remain fresh, safe, and ready to use, even after long storage or transportation.
